 Our CTR-BlueLync Yaesu
interface supports many Yaesu radios. The interface is designed for the
8-pin mini-DIN connector shown at the right (for FT-817, 857, 897, etc).
The unit takes power from the interface connector
The schematics for each unit and the board layout are shown
below. The interface can be built on a standard perf-board.

The completed interface fits neatly in a Hammond 1551H
plastic enclosure. The heads from clear plastic thumb tacks make
excellent lenses for the BlueSMiRF LEDs.
